What we are looking for:
Hammersmith Roofing and Construction is actively seeking to add multiple roof mechanics to our team in the Richmond, VA area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of proven experience in all processes related to roofing - from removal to installation, to performing major and minor repair work. The right candidate must take great pride in their work and possess a strong willingness to be a leader in our company.
Required:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the roofing trade
Experience performing repair and warranty work
Willingness to climb ladders and work on roofs
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Ability to work a full 40 hour work week Monday - Friday with potential for overtime
Pass a criminal background check
Someone with their own tools and or work vehicle is a plus
Compensation:
This is a full-time hourly position
The pay range for this position is between $22-$26 / hour, based on experience
